MOLDED DOCK BUMPERS

Molded dock bumpers are manufactured from fiber reinforced prime rubber containing nylon and polyester.  These bumpers provide perfect protection for any low traffic loading dock, and in plant wall protection from forklifts and other material handling vehicles.

The unique design and construction achieves high impact resistance and a long life.  Maintenance free and immune to all weather conditions these bumpers carry a manufacturers warranty of One year.  Molded bumpers come in models varying in thickness from 2" to 6", and all bumpers have impact recovery (ASTM 1170) of 95% with a durometer reading of 80 plus or minus 5.  Tensile strength:  950-1505 PSI.  All molded bumpers have pre-drilled, countersunk mounting holes for easy installation, and are drilled to accept 3/4" anchor bolts.

For weld on applications Type L and Type M-18 molded  bumpers use AB-3J bolt  $3.00 ea.
